Introducing a work by Italian composer Gianluca Piacenza entitled "Youth".
Gianluca Piacenza is a pianist and sound designer. After two years of private piano lessons at the age of 6, he began studying music at the conservatory of his hometown, where he graduated with honours in classical piano and composition.
Today he works as a music producer at Red Couch Studio, an inspiring space where analogue and digital equipment, acoustic and electronic instruments are equally important to create a unique sonic signature. His sound world can be described as a mixture of acoustic textures recorded and processed live in various ways, and electronic soundscapes created by manipulating natural sounds and programming synthesisers and samplers.
Now let's talk about the composition "Youth". The piano here is not just an instrument, but a means by which the composer communicates with our inner world. These sounds touch the strings of our souls, making us admire and at the same time reflect. There is something magical in it, capable of touching hearts and leaving an indelible trace in the memory of those who hear its sounds. This is a real find for our playlist!
