Rain Wolf is an American pianist who is debuting on our blog with a light, undemanding and simply beautiful composition entitled "Captivating".
Suggestive of the title, the music attempts to capture a captivating moment and does so with accuracy and delight. Swinging effortlessly on an elegant melody played atop arpeggio chords, the entire piece - quite interestingly - feels like its played on a single breath. Is it because the composer was breath taken by a moment? Likely. Whatever the details of the story, the pianist delivers the intent unshaken and pure.
