PIANO PEARLS: Pablo Vasquez, Neil Foster, Emily Blossom.

Piano Pearls is a handpicked collection of the finest solo piano performances, which rise above the many submissions that we get.

Before we enjoy some peaceful music, I would like to draw yours, dear reader, attention to the destructive, murderous evil unleashed by Putin on the free world. Ukraine is currently shielding the rest of the world with courage, but also - unfortunately - innocent blood. Blood of not only thousands of troops and grown civilians, but also infants - over 100 children dead and many more injured. We at MDWYS, encourage you to show all and any support you can, be it monetary or informative to our war-ridden brothers and sisters. Here are some links you may find useful:

First in line would be this charmer of a composition from Pablo Vasquez. Much like April, it rings of remnants of the the cold time of the year, reminiscent, appreciative and simply beautiful. Spin it up above.

Neil Foster understands that beauty is simple. Not only that he manifests that understanding in volumes in a recently released "Little Windows". Not just piano at its best, but perception of universal beauty too:

To round it off, here's "Vivid Dreams" by Emily Blossom from Canada. Threaded with story and finely balancing between pop and classical, this composition will complete any playlists like dusk completes a day:
