Immediately, “Afterimage” takes you to an ethereal land, a place of meditation and presence. Using electronics and percussion, Cousins created something worth listening to. The piece comes and goes with swells of motion and sound, taking a step back and focusing on these events can immerse yourself in this artist’s world. This is a wonderful piece, and very much worth listening to on replay.
