Wildly calming is still an understatement when it comes to the recent release by Matthew Cochran entitled "Wherever You Are". This glowing ambient piece present itself with musicality, feeling, originality and a damn fine production - all at once.
I'm having a really hard time drawing references or categorizing this piece - and I mean that in a very pampering way. The track dominates a universe of its own armed with guitar, synth and a distant delicate bass which come together (over me) in a shower of sonic beauty and emotional reassurance.
