Kutan Katas is a Turkish artist and producer who caught our attention with his ambient ode to happiness entitled ''Tears Of Joy''.
With multiple layers of synth and drone from the get go, the music presents a strong immersive element, inviting the listener into a paradigm of light and humility. It's melodic element, although also electronic, carries the charisma of a vocal line. The composer knowledgeably elaborates on the composition by adding a thicker supportive bass line, thus also allowing the now glimmering background to rest upon it.
