Another Australian submission has got us listening today, this time by Justin Hunter with a recently released beautifully named piano piece "Dream Moons".
Captivating and glowing the piece wanders in on a intricate off-beat melody, continuing to hypnotize the listener with its clockwork tight delivery. Despite a fairly simple melodic idea, the pianist makes great use of rubato along a gentle touch of dynamics, allowing the piece to move freely, unrushed and driven by nothing but beauty.
