If you've been following us for some time you probably know just how much we love ambient sounds and spaces, outer space inclusive. John Paul Canal combines those into an ambient electronica treat that spoke right to our ears.


Every layer in this production is just spot on. Be it the phasing drone, the synth notes or the lingering background sounds - it all comes together into an immersive symphony that serves the intended purpose represented in the title. The music very accurately depicts what we imagine to be a descent onto the surface of Mars. Have you seen that movie 'First Man' about Neil Armstrong? Well, if they ever make 'Second Man' about the first manned mission to Mars, this tune would fit perfectly into the scene of the spacecraft approaching the planet.
