We would like to introduce you to Alpha Mound, the recording project of Joakim Westlund, who has released numerous albums, EPs and collaborations since 2012. His style is centred in the ambient genre, sometimes mixing with a deeper sound of indie electronica and kraut. The main feature always remains the sound design, where complex melodies are combined with slow drone and free rhythms.
The track "Translucence (Edit)" permeates the listener with vibes all the way through, helps to relax and go into trance. The author has worked qualitatively with sound and concept. We recommend to include it in your ambient playlist!
